Sorry, I haven't been on my sites. I will keep up soon! I am making a separate page for the big Poe because it's 1000% better
painting! I will get back on Facebook soon, but I have been staying away from the computer because of painting, updating the
book, and working a Security job full time on nights. It really is almost impossible trying to manage these three things,
alone (no webmaster yet). You can click here for Lynn on Facebook. You can email me, too: ----barnstorm13@mac.com---- You
are valued more than you realize! It will take me a few days to get back. Email is the best way.
Thank you for your interest! A painter has to be a fanatic to get anything done.
I am truly insane now, because there is also house stuff and job stuff! It is almost chaos! Somebody! Help! I just want to
paint, write, and hang out with my Triton Cockatoo and Grey Parrot (I will give them a page to them on this site, and will
link to You Tube). The new book, "The Last Exit before the Toll,"
is being edited right now. There will be a huge promotion! It is a rewrite of the first, which is just zero in comparison
to this one. I will give you samples of it on this website. It is a big book, 153,000 pages. It will include 25 photos of
the art (and a couple pictures me, but no more), The painting, "Poe's Last Supper," will have it's own chapter.
You can read some of it on the page for it, too. After 20 years, it will still not be finished in the book, but I will keep
you up with the changes on this website.
The Joan of Arc is on hold, because
the time is right to work on the big Poe with the book.
Please
hold off buying the old book! A second edition "The Last Exit before the Toll" is coming out soon (maybe November).
It is so much better! You can see the page for it on this website. I will keep you all updated.
"The Last Exit before the Toll: Art Death, Asperger's, and Dreams," is based on my life as an artist with undiagnosed Asperger's Syndrome. I found
out at 48!

Here is an overview. I find myself stuck in Baltimore, and am trying to figure out if I
could be dead, or an alien:
July 2004
Maybe I’m an alien. That’s not hard to believe.
Or maybe I’m dead. That’s a little harder to swallow. Wouldn’t I remember my own funeral? I don’t know whom to ask.
I’ll ask my eighty-year-old friend, Jerry. Maybe he is dead too. He brings me groceries once a week. “Okay, I
figured it out. I’m dead. Now what?” He’s probably been waiting patiently for me to ask this question. “I
was wondering how long it was going to take you,” he’ll say, and we’ll both have a good laugh. What a dumbass
I am. But there is
another problem. There is the possibility I could be an alien. If so, probably no one will know; but if I was a real earth
person, I wouldn’t ask that question. They wouldn’t be able to tell me because this is their planet. I could open
my big, trusting mouth, and it could be sheer Frankenstein.
Maybe I can still escape, as long as I’m being monitored by the mothership, as long as they haven’t lost
contact with me. I mean, I don’t know. I don’t remember anything. I’m speculating. If I am not dead, and I am not
an alien, why have I always been different, always an outsider? What makes me different, even as a child? Why am I an artist?
I seem to have had a life, and remember so many little details.
I’m betting on the alien right now. That is more reasonable. Otherwise, how can I wake up to remember the future?
These earth people say so aggressively it’s not possible.
But it is...
